Instagram Graph API and the general API connection of your facebook, Instagram, Meta, Tiktok, Google, youtube, spotify and other platforms will be used to create your watertight kit. This includes: The graph API allows access to user data on Instagram for businesses and creators. 3. The Purposes for Which We Use the Data

We use the data we collect for the following purposes: a) Personal data you provide to the Service: We may use the personal data you provide to the Service for the following purposes: To set up and maintain your registration with the Service; To communicate with you, including sending you an optional digest of new campaigns. b) Data collected through graph API: We will use the data to create your personal Watertight kit. This includes your detailed analytics page, case studies, live campaigns and other data/analytics shown on your public profile. IF YOU DO NOT WANT WATERTIGHT TO HAVE ACCESS TO THESE NUMBERS OR YOU DO NOT WANT OTHERS TO SEE YOUR ANALYTICS, YOU SHOULD NOT USE THE WATERTIGHT KIT AND YOU SHOULD DEFINITELY NOT CONNECT YOUR API TO INSTAGRAM/TIKTOK/FACEBOOK/YOUTUBE AND ANY OTHER APP.
cWe may use the data collected automatically for the following purposes: To manage the Service; To provide features available in the Service; To personalize the Service. For example, which social platforms you have connected to your account. We use this information to help you increase your collaboration opportunities; To develop, improve, and protect the Service; For market research and data analysis, including for example reading recommendations and behavioural targeting and targeted marketing, in accordance with applicable law; To audit and analyze the Service; and To ensure the technical functionality and security of the Service.

4. How We Disclose Data

The easiest way to correct, delete, or update the personal data you have provided to the Service is to access your profile and enter/update the necessary changes there. 6. Data Security

The security of personal data is important to us. For example, your user account is protected by a password, the servers we use are secured and protected by a firewall, and we restrict access to personal data to employees, contractors and agents who need to know such personal data in order to operate, develop or improve the Service.
